These files are the results of countless hours of work. They were written for my student at the University of Colorado. But when it became evident that this effort was not appreciated by students and/or employer, I decided to make them available to others. The cost is nominal, and is meant to defray cost associated with update, storage, and distribution outside the university based web page.
